Questions before joining
Yes. Checkout is handled through Stripe and supports UK Direct Debit where it is enabled in the Stripe account. Direct Debit mandates and first collections can take several business days to confirm.
The current launch package structure does not add a separate joining fee to the listed memberships. Any future fee or promotion should be shown before checkout.
Monthly memberships are recurring. Standard cancellation support is available through the member portal or support team and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a statutory cancellation right applies.
